The Benefits of Drinking Infused Water
I’m in my 30s and facing my first wrinkles. Yet, I know a few women in their 50s whose skin looks fabulous…and even less wrinkled than mine. Their secret? They are all obsessive water drinkers.
Water is your body’s source of life. Being hydrated not only improves your health and naturally flushes toxins out of your body, but water also keeps your skin plump and elastic.
Infused water is especially beneficial because it makes the act of drinking water more enjoyable, both for the tastebuds and the eyes. As an added bonus, infused water has the sweet fruit flavors of fruit juice but without the extra calories or sugar.
And don’t forget about infused waters’ healthy array of natural antioxidants and vitamins, estimated to be about 20% of freshly squeezed fruit juice.
The glass jars you see on this site are 32 oz Ball jars and the pitcher is an 80 oz acrylic pitcher (BPA-free). When you invest in a daily practice of drinking infused water, you’ll see improvements in your skin almost immediately, you’ll start to turn your nose up at expensive, chemical “vitamin waters,” and you will awaken your tastebuds to nature’s most amazing flavors.
Thanks for visiting this site. I wish you luck in your quest to hydrate – and to hydrate deliciously!

Hello Amy! My name is Jason and I love your website! I am the owner of an infuser water bottle company called Healthful Hydration (www.healthfulhydration.com), that was started due to some family health issues including diabetes and kidney stones. Long story short, both were successfully treated with just water and we have been doing our best to promote better living through healthy lifestyles and drinking a lot of water! I have kept coming across your website during research and agree with so much of it! I happen to notice that you do not have any on-the-go, durable type infuser bottles for sale on your site and I wanted to let you know about our company to see if you would like to do any collaboration together to promote our mutual message of drinking more water. I look forward to hearing from you and again, I love your site! Jason

I believe you are giving a little to much credit to infused water (mind you I absolutely love infused water). The way you wrinkle as you age has more to do with genetics than anything else, my grandmother 75 and she hardly has wrinkles at all while the other grandmother at her age was far more wrinkled.

Together with dehydration and genetics in the accumulation of wrinkles, Intense repeated exercise causes wrinkles.
Danielle October 20, 2017 at 4:00 am
I have always been thin and toned ( except for the past couple of years I’ve noticed that I could use sone toning ) and never had a need for exercise . And throughout my entire life I always looked at the before and after photos of women after an exercise binge and noticed their faced looked harder , and yes more wrinkled . I always thought it was the repeated strain that your face makes when exercising heavily . Why do you think it is ? And how do you think it can be avoided ? because I’d like to start some toning work , especially now since I am pregnant .
Jill October 5, 2018 at 9:18 am
I started scrubbing my face with baking soda and licorice root extract powder(it lightens skin) and might add amla. Then”tone” with Dead Sea Salt [It treats eczema, psoriasis etc. so I figure it’s great for skin] I dilute isome in distilled water in glass and keep in bathroom and apply with cotton balls. Then finish with avocado oil drops mixed with water in my hand. My skin glows!

I’m a type two diabetic:( I find myself getting thirsty all of the time after consuming a lot of sodas or fruit juice I’m not much of a water drinker, but will you kindly provide me with the types of fruits needed in order to give me added enjoyment out of drinking water more? I had an infuser, but it doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. O maybe I should have a special drinking jar (that I’ve seen on different websites) instead of using my glass.Thank you so very much!

I’m starting to get bored with plain water whenever I read about this infused water. Every post I read said that it is enjoyable. Thanks Amy for this wonderful post. I’m going to try that infused water soon.

I had no idea that water helps prevent wrinkles. It feels like every time I look in the mirror there is a new wrinkle on my face or forehead. I always just thought that because my mom has wrinkles then I would have them as well. I’ll have to try to drink more water and see what happens in a couple months.

I have to agree! After a long, costly journey seeking medical advice for RA & Osteo, chronic fatigue and currently lyme arthiritis..i decided to take matters in to my own hands. I am almost 40 yrs old and never felt better. I no longer take any prescription meds only vitamins. Quit sodas & Lowered my coffee intake by 8 cups to 2 in mornings. Although i have not totally given up sweet tea, i do dilute 50% and add fresh fruit such as lemons or peaches. Same with my lemonade, but like with my water i just add a different variety of fresh fruit to my cup. I enjoy shopping for new fusion recipes & lost 20lbs in 4 months, increased my energy, lowered my stress & anxiety, no pain…i know not everyones body responds the same way to certain health changes, far as me best choice i ever made! Plus its a whole lot cheaper than being a lab rat and feeling worse than you did before meds!

Congratulations Cindy…I believe my success will be just as epic!

I’m on the keto diet so I infuse sliced lemon, ginger, celery and cucumber. Today, I juiced the lemon first.

My friend is thinking of starting his running routine so that he could participate in a marathon as a fit person. What you said about how infused water can both hydrate and give you nutrients is very convenient. I should pitch the idea of him bringing some flavored nutrient water every day before he starts his training.
